Return Policy - First of all please be very careful when you order so we can try to avoid the hassle of returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund within 10 days after you receive it (only if item is unopened). Only unworn, unwashed, unused items still in their original packages with tags still intact and attached may be returned or exchanged due to their content. There is a 15% restocking charge on ALL RETURNS unless they come to you damaged (then you must fill out a claim with postmaster if item comes damaged).

We will be back in touch with you within 24 - 48 hours with instructions of how and where to return the unwanted item(s). Read our policy on shipping fees below.
All Sales are Final on CDs
Due to CD burning technology of today, once products leave us we have no control over the consumption of it.
For that reason CD's are not refundable once opened unless there is a manufacturer defect found.

Due to certificates and downloadables being uploaded to customer's email addresses they can be passed along to others; we will not refund any money once certificate or downloadable product is purchased and uploaded or mailed. Once you have ordered a certificate that has been designed by Marriage Takes 3 and it has been mailed or uploaded to your email address the sale is FINAL!!! If for any reason you are not able to upload your purchase such as: certificates, wedding games, awards, or any of our downloadable products due to software discrepancies or software incompatibility the downloadable product will have to be printed and mailed by Marriage Takes 3. We will print all awards, certificates, and 1 copy of any of our downloadable bridal shower games ordered on 67lb. (white) cardstock certificate paper and mail it either Ground or 'Priority Mail' for the listed shipping cost of the purchase page of the product ordered. Customer will be responsible for paying the extra shipping charges. Customer is responsible to EMAIL US for shipping cost and instructions of how to pay the shipping charges.

IMPORTANT POLICY Due to health laws, intimacy products from this category are non-refundable and non-returnable, except for reason of defect. If product is defective, please call or EMAIL US . We will set up a return procedure for you and ship a replacement product to you as quickly as possible.
